Job Description

The Skills Development Unit seeks to provide high-quality professional development of the knowledge and competencies for all undergraduate and graduate students as well as the academic and administrative staff in the College of Nursing.

Skills Development Unit Tasks:

1. Participate in various skills development activities to enhance professional development, and promote cooperation, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
2. Ensure that all skills development activities are aligned with the university’s strategic initiatives, department requirements, and individual needs.
3. Ensuring the excellence of students, faculty, and staff through professional development.
4. Identify areas of interest for faculty, staff, and students in various professional development programs.
5. Periodically evaluate the professional development needs of students, faculty, and staff.
6. Preparing the annual report for the Skills Development Unit.
