About the Student Activities Unit
The Student Activities Unit, affiliated with the college’s administration, is responsible for student activities held within or outside the college. It undertakes the planning, organization, and management of activities that serve the college’s students and motivate them to participate. The unit also seeks to communicate with students and gather their feedback.
Tasks of the Student Activities Unit
- Organizing cultural nursing activities (public lectures, seminars, open meetings, competitions, cultural festivals).
- Coordinating social activities (participation in or organizing general social programs, local or international trips, general field visits).
- Preparing a timeline for the proposed activity programs of the College of Nursing.
- Assigning tasks and establishing mechanisms for implementing activity programs.
- Overseeing the unit’s reports and expenditures.
- Supervising the selection of students who excel in activities.
- Receiving suggestions and complaints from activity participants or students.
- Addressing problems and obstacles hindering the implementation of activities.
- Evaluating the executed activity programs according to specific criteria.
