The Skills Development Unit aims to provide high-quality professional development for the skills and cognitive competencies of all undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as the academic and administrative staff at the College of Nursing.
Skills Development Unit Responsibilities
- Participate in various skills development activities to promote a professional development culture that enhances collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
- Ensure that all skills development activities align with the university’s strategic initiatives, administrative requirements, and individual needs.
- Guarantee excellence among students, faculty members, and staff through professional development.
- Identify areas of interest for faculty, staff, and students in various professional development programs.
- Periodically assess professional development needs for students, faculty members, and staff.
- Prepare the unit’s annual report summarizing its activities, achievements, and future plans.
