About the Alumni Affairs Unit

This unit is responsible for the continuous updating of the alumni database and gathering their feedback on curricula, required skills, the job market, and the challenges they face after graduation. It also encourages alumni to maintain contact with the college and to support it both financially and morally.

Alumni Affairs Unit Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an alumni database, updating it each semester.
  • Develop a database of beneficiaries (employers) to strengthen connections with the job market.
  • Survey the opinions of alumni and beneficiaries regarding curricula, skills, and job market needs.
  • Engage alumni in extracurricular activities organized by the college.
  • Prepare lists of expected graduates and graduates for academic and employment purposes.
  • Provide recruitment support by supplying interested organizations with information on college graduates.
  • Contact hospitals for feedback on graduates through electronic surveys.
  • Follow up on survey reports from companies and institutions via electronic surveys.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Vice Deanship for Development and Quality.
  • Prepare the unit’s annual report summarizing alumni affairs activities and outcomes.
