Administrative Affairs Unit

About the Administrative Affairs Unit

This unit is responsible for administrative matters and personnel affairs. It prepares the job performance charter, applies administrative regulations, and follows up on administrative communications and transactions related to the college and its staff. The unit also supervises the maintenance of the entire building and ensures the provision of offices for the college staff.

Administrative Affairs Unit Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative affairs and personnel affairs for staff, faculty members, and employees.
  • Monitor staff discipline and adherence to administrative regulations.
  • Prepare the job performance charter and follow up on performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate tasks within the college among employees.
  • Supervise the approval process for leave and permissions in the attendance system.
  • Update personnel records for all college staff.
  • Identify staffing needs for administrative, health, and specialized positions.
  • Provide necessary support to staff to ensure excellent workflow.
  • Supervise building maintenance readiness.
  • Oversee the provision and allocation of offices for staff and faculty members.
  • Supervise the maintenance of classrooms and computer labs.
  • Oversee all faculty-related tasks including administrative, governmental, and financial matters.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and refer it to the relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with relevant entities within the college and university in line with the administration’s scope of work.
