Integrate simulation-based education into the training curricula for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Nursing Science and Midwifery, while enhancing the competencies of faculty and staff at all levels.

Participate in and support the latest evidence-based practice research in terms of simulation learning methodologies.

Develop plans to enhance simulation learning and to cultivate required and suggested skills based on the needs of students, faculty, and staff.

Establish effective communication channels to develop and promote simulation-based learning.

Achieve the highest quality standards consistent with excellence in organizational and educational aspects.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and improve core skills, as well as teaching and learning activities using simulation.

Prepare the unit’s annual report summarizing activities, achievements, and future plans.
