The applicant must be affiliated with the College of Nursing (faculty, healthcare/administrative staff, or student).

The submission must be original and not previously submitted for any internal or external award.

The application form must be completed with the required supporting documents based on the criteria for each award category.

All application materials must be submitted within the specified period. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

The College reserves the right to publish or showcase winning practices with prior consent from the applicant.

Applicants may only apply for one award category per cycle.

Decisions made by the evaluation committee are final and not subject to appeal.
