Tasks of the Administrative Affairs Unit

 

 

. 1-Supervising administrative affairs, personnel affairs, male and female employees, and faculty members.

2-Follow up on male and female employees in terms of administrative discipline.

3-Preparing a job performance charter and following up on job performance evaluations.

4-Coordinating tasks within the college with male and female employees.

5-Supervising the acceptance of leave and permission requests for male and female employees in the attendance and departure system.

6-Follow up on updating job data for male and female employees of the college.

. 7-Determine the administrative, health, and specialized job needs within the college

8-Providing the necessary support to male and female employees in the administration to ensure distinguished performance and workflow.

. 9-Supervising the follow-up and maintenance of the building readiness

10-Supervising the follow-up of the provision of offices and their delivery to employees and faculty members.

11-Supervising the follow-up maintenance of classrooms and the computer lab.

12-Supervising all tasks and work of faculty members, including administrative, governmental and financial.

 13-Supervising and following up on all incoming and outgoing Transactions and referring them to the competent authorities..

14-Coordination with the relevant authorities within the college and the university in the competence and scope of the departments work
