Topic: Principles of first aid

Aim: 1. Acquisition of trainee knowledge and skills about first aid.

2. Apply Practice needed for an emergency ambulance skills.

Target group: Students of intermediate and secondary schools of the Pioneers of Civil Science School.

A workshop has been offered for 35 female students and some female health workers as well as the school responsible for safety and security.

The workshop includes a number of emergency situations and how to deal with them. For example ambulance fractures - burns - bleeding - fainting - heat stroke - electric shock - drowning - airway obstruction - epilepsy - diabetes - asthma - heart attack - the crisis in addition to the qualities and conditions of the rescuer as well as the contents of the first aid bag.

The attendees expressed their happiness to attend the workshop and how to take advantage of them in their daily lives as well as the practical application of some of the skills using the tools and models available.
