    This course provides a theoretical foundation for health assessment and physical examination across the lifespan while integrating significant clinical experience to implementing knowledge in nursing practice. Students will learn methods and techniques of interview, history taking, and physical examination, common and important symptoms. Furthermore, assessment of mental status will also be included. Critical thinking skills are applied to analyse data in identifying nursing and collaborative problems.

 

يقدم هذا المقرر الأساسي النظري للقياس الصحي عبر المراحل العمرية المختلفة من خلال دمج الخبرة العملية في التطبيقات المعرفية في ممارسات التمريض . وسوف يعني هذا المقرر بتعليم الطلاب تقنيات وطرق اجراء المقابلة الشخصية مع المريض و اخذ التاريخ المرضي و كذلك العلامات و الاعراض المهمة في العلاج بالإضافة الى تقييم الحالة العقلية للمريض وكل هذه المهارات يتم تطبيقها من خلال استخدام مهارات التفكير الناقد لاستخدامها في تحليل المعلومات للوصول الى المشاكل التمريضية المراد حلها .

 

 

This course provides students with the competencies necessary to meet the needs of individuals throughout their lifespan using the nursing process. Emphasis is placed on physiological, psychological, social, cultural and spiritual factors contributing to the well-being of the individual and family.

 

يمد هذا المقرر الطلاب بالكفاءات اللازمة لتلبية وحل مشكلات و احتياجات المرضى اثناء المراحل العمرية المختلفة باستخدام عمليات الخطوات التمريضية مركزا على النواحي الفسيولوجية ز النفسية و الاجتماعية و الروحانية والتي من الممكن ان تؤثر على حياة الافراد و الاسر .

 

 

This course focuses on the care of adult patients with acute and chronic illness and their responses to actual or potential alteration in health. The concepts of nursing process and critical thinking for providing nursing care are discussed.

 

يركز هذا المقرر على كيفية تقديم الرعاية التمريضية للمريض في اثناء المرض الحاد او المزمن وتأثرهم بالمشاكل الواقعية او المحتملة .باستخدام اتجاهات علم التمريض المختلفة مثل خطوات العملية التمريضية و مهارات التحليل الناقد .

 

 

 

  This practicum course provide the students with laboratory-guided experiences to be met in the basic nursing skills. These skills are presented according to the functional health patterns in order to prepare the student to implement holistic modalities in the clinical setting.

 

هذا المقرر العملي يقدم للطلاب الخبرات المساعدة المعملية لاستخدامها في مهارات التمريض الأساسية . وهذه المهارات تقدم اعتبارا لنموذج الصحي من اجل تجهيز الطلاب لتطبيق المهارات التمريضية الأساسية من خلال منظور شمولية الانسان  .

medication administration and the basic principles of pharmacology. It presents introductory

 body systematic concept of pharmacological applications, including drug regulations, delivery
